Fees in Criminal Cases
Call Nashville Criminal Defense Lawyer David Ridings for a Free Consultation
Fees for defending clients in criminal cases vary. Unfortunately, without knowing the facts of your case and the charges surrounding it, it is almost impossible to quote terms or fees on the internet.
Because we need as much information as possible to construct your case and understand the full nature of the charges you are facing, we offer free consultations in all cases. There is no charge for the consultation and, therefore, no risk for you to see us help determine a course of action.
In the majority of our cases at Ridings Law Group, P.C., we usually charge flat rate fees. In other words, you will understand upfront the cost of your representation and will not be billed for hourly services. We also pay most of any expenses incurred in the process of your defense from the flat-rate fee. There will be no surprises throughout the process because, as a client, you will know your financial obligation upfront with no hidden costs or fees. You get full disclosure when you meet with us for the initial consultation.
When determining the cost of your defense, there are always variables. That being said, we do our best to charge a “reasonable price for an exceptional defense.” If you’re still not convinced, ask around and read Attorney David Ridings’ reviews. Everyone knows that if you look hard enough, you will find a $500 dollar lawyer—but you will not be happy with the result you get. At Ridings Law Group, P.C., we believe that to be true. We also believe in the old saying, “you get what you pay for.” Suffice it to say, we work hard to remain very competitive in the criminal defense arena, yet strive to be unmatched in experience, performance, and client satisfaction.
With that said, some of the factors we take into consideration on the fee are as follows, to wit:
- The complexity of the particular case
- The seriousness of the offense
- If the case is in general sessions or criminal court
- Whether or not the case proceeds to trial
- How long the trial lasts
There may be other factors to consider when quoting fees; these will be discussed during your free consultation. There is absolutely no risk in calling us to inquire about your case.
For your convenience, Ridings Law Group, P.C. accepts all forms of payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. And, in some limited situations, we offer payment plans to certain qualified clients.
We look forward to representing you and discussing questions regarding fees, as well as other questions you may have. Call us at (615) 394-7611 to schedule your free consultation today.
